Shipping
Please allow up to 5 days for us to process your order. Items will be shipped via FedEx Ground by the fifth day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

We want to be sure that you receive your order, and therefore, require a signature upon delivery. If no one will be at your home to sign for your delivery, we recommend that you have it sent to your office or somewhere else where someone can receive it for you.

If you’d like us to rush your shipment, please choose either 2-Day or Overnight in the shipping section of our store checkout process. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be shipped the following day.

International Orders
We are happy to ship internationally. Please email onlineorders@sanfordburrows.com to inquire.

Returns and Exchanges
In order for you to be completely comfortable with your purchasing decision in advance, embroidered fabric swatches may be ordered for $2.00 each (up to one of each design may be ordered). Click here to purchase swatches.

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of your receipt of the order. We will accept items that are in their original condition, have not been used or washed, and are in their original packaging. You will receive a full refund, less shipping fees.

An original receipt and return form must accompany the return. Email returns@sanfordburrows.com so that we may provide you with a return form.

Please ship your returns through a service that provides tracking. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
